Dear Chapel Family,

As we continue to navigate through this current situation created by the Coronavirus, I am reminded of the importance of prayer – both corporately and individually. The words of Jeremiah 29:7 exhort God’s people in exile to “seek the welfare of the city … and pray to the Lord on its behalf.”

Today at 2:00 pm, I invite you to join us for corporate prayer during our first ever Digital Devotion. We will be offering a Facebook live video, where we will have the opportunity for interactive prayer time as a church family. You will need to set up a Facebook account to view the live feed. Then, simply visit the Chapel’s Facebook page by clicking here or search "Williamsburg Community Chapel" and click on the live video post once it begins. I will lead us through a time of devotion and you can comment with your own Scripture, prayers, and praises. While you are on our page, be sure to "LIKE" it so that you can stay on top of our posts.

If you are not able to join us at 2:00 pm OR you do not have a Facebook account, fear not – our team will post our Digital Devotion video to our “Worship Digitally” page (wcchapel.org/worship) and Facebook page later today. Moving forward, we will host our Digital Devotions on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 2:00 pm (again with each day’s video being posted later in the afternoon for those who are not on Facebook or not able to join us at 2:00 pm).

I look forward to “seeking the welfare” of our city and community with you as we pray to the Lord on its behalf.  Also, don’t forget we will be worshipping together digitally on Sunday with our worship service posted online at wcchapel.org/worship and on Facebook

See you online,

Luke Kincaid
